Martin ensures our clients and team members receive timely, clear, and effective support. He provides technical solutions with customer care, helping resolve issues efficiently while delivering a smooth, positive experience at every touchpoint.

Joshua  manages framing crews and subcontractors on site. He ensures all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards. His attention to detail helps keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Jorge coordinates day-to-day operations on job sites. He supervises and supports field staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. He is committed to maintaining efficiency, safety, and high-quality standards across all sites.

Husaina supports key HR and operational processes across the organization. She works closely with leadership, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth workplace operations. 

Osiel coordinates key administrative and operational tasks across multiple departments. He manages material control, supplier and subcontractor invoicing, and supports time tracking. His organized approach ensures accurate reporting, efficient workflows, and strong support for field and office teams.

Alex works with Dynamo Drywall through her practice, SunFlare Projects, designing and implementing operation processes, strengthening internal systems, compliance, and workflows to support sustainable growth.
